Ms. Aishwarya Satheesh, PhD scholar, has been awarded the Korea Foundation Fellowship. She is currently pursuing her research under the guidance of Dr. Babitha Justin in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences

The Korea Foundation (KF), established in 1991 under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, is a public diplomacy organization that promotes international exchange and understanding. The fellowship includes a research grant and support for fieldwork in South Korea. Ms. Aishwarya's research focuses on the films of renowned Korean director Kim Ki-duk.
