IIST offers 16 M.Tech. and Master of Science in various departments such as Aerospace Engineering, Avionics, Chemistry, Earth & Space Sciences, Mathematics and Physics. A full list of programmes can be seen here (Link)
Candidates must have a BE/B.Tech. or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (general) or 55% (SC/ST/PwD). In most cases, a valid GATE score in the relevant paper is mandatory. Some programs may have interviews in addition to GATE. The details can be seen here (link)
Admission to the M.Tech programme in Machine Learning and Computing is through the official IIST web portal (https://admisssion.iist.ac.in), and all candidates who desire admission to this programme must apply online. Admission to all other M.Tech and Master of Science programmes are through CCMT, and candidates should apply through the CCMT portal (https://ccmt.admissions.nic.in/).
No separate entrance exam is conducted by IIST for PG programmes.

Yes. M.Tech. and Master of Science students with a valid GATE score usually receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 12,400, as per MHRD/AICTE norms.
No. Currently, IIST does not admit international students to the PG programmes.
The placement statistics of IIST can be seen here (Link). Some of the graduated students opt for PhD in India or abroad or research positions at ISRO centers or other national labs.
There is no direct absorption of PG students in ISRO. However, PG graduates may join ISRO through open calls and subsequent selection process.
No such quota exists at IIST for PG programmes.
