Dr. Resmi, ESS Dept, is a member of the GMRT Time Allocation Committee (GTAC) of the Giant Metre-wave Radio Telescope (GMRT), Pune. The 6 member committee twice an year evaluates the scientific merit and feasibility of proposals submitted to the GMRT requesting observation time on the telescope. The committee recommendations are used to select the proposals for using the telescope time.
