Area of Interest
I am primarily interested in computations. Presently I am investigating ODEs solutions.
- Firstly, our group is investigating the applicability of Machine Learning techniques to get a generalised solution for a set of parameterised ODEs. We have chosen orbital mechanics as our field of application.
- Secondly, we are also investigating parameter estimation for systems governed by ODEs using ML techniques. We have chosen aircraft system identification problem to investigate these techniques.
I have worked on automatic differentiation in the past. Presently we are also investigating the use of AD tools to accelerate the conceptual design phase of aircraft design by using forward and reverse mode AD techniques along with gradient optimisation.
